Popular Australian OnlyFans creator Annie Knight—known online as “Australia’s most sexually active woman”—was rushed to the hospital after taking part in a shocking challenge where she reportedly had sex with 583 men in just six hours.
The viral stunt, widely shared on platforms like X (formerly Twitter), quickly made headlines and raised serious concerns about sexual health, physical safety, and how far people are willing to push their bodies for online fame.
Annie, who has endometriosis—a painful condition affecting 1 in 10 women globally—started bleeding heavily during the event, which led to her emergency hospitalization.
Annie Knight’s 600 Men Goal
According to Daily Mail Online, Knight had already reached a self-set goal of sleeping with 600 men in 2024.
For 2025, she tried to break her own record. However, things went wrong when far more men showed up than expected, nearly 2,000, compared to the 200 she had planned for.
A viral post on X showed a split image of Annie: one in a bikini on the beach, and another in a hospital bed, hooked up to medical equipment. The photo sparked a wave of reactions, some expressing concern, others harshly criticizing her actions.
In an interview with The Daily Caller, Annie revealed she experienced extreme pain and suffered a “small cut” during the challenge.

She also opened up about her battle with endometriosis, a condition that causes tissue similar to the lining of the uterus to grow outside of it, leading to intense pain, irregular periods, and potential fertility issues.
Health experts warn that high levels of physical stress and inflammation can worsen endometriosis symptoms.
Studies, including one published in Human Reproduction, have linked stress to more severe pelvic pain, meaning Annie’s marathon event may have triggered a dangerous flare-up.
Despite the medical scare, Annie says she has no regrets and won’t let critics silence her. “At the end of the day, these men just want to have sex. God forbid, a man has sex.
And I’m providing a service for free,” she told The Daily Caller, pushing back against the double standards women face when expressing their sexuality.
The internet reacted strongly. Some users mocked the event, while others speculated whether she was aiming for a Guinness World Record.
Some raised moral questions, urging her to reflect on the consequences of her actions.
This incident has reopened conversations about the risks of extreme sexual challenges, especially for people with serious health conditions.
Doctors recommend managing endometriosis through medication, hormone therapy, and reducing physical and emotional stress.
Annie Knight’s story has become a powerful example of the clash between sexual freedom, health awareness, and online fame.
While she continues to speak out about breaking sexual taboos, her recent hospitalization reminds us of the real risks that come with pushing personal limits for attention.
